The new modules of the SI-class created big interest. The module showed how the spout can be welded together with the pouch. Now the pouch is completely producible with ultrasonic. That means – finally the packaging is completely recyclable. Monolayer are used where earlier Multilayer were necessary! No PET-Layer necessary, thereby there decrease the material costs and, besides, the environment is still protected.

Many visitors on our booth could convince themselves personally of the known advantages, as quick changeover times through cold tools as well as the high quality of the welding seams.

Mono-film-poches and PP-, PE-and PVC-Multilayer pouches can be produced. In combination with the PM-module the stand-up pouch can be completely produced in one line. If one adds yet a filling module, the packaging line is complete.
