- Compact:
Up until now, ring binders have typically consisted of 5 cardboards and their covering. Now this is possible with a single piece of cardboard, resulting in products that are very similar to the bookbinding style. - Flexible product design:
The WIDMANN RB 45 U is equipped to handle A4 maxi format in multiple formats with various spine sizes and can work with different materials – PP or PVC – on one line. With a simple tool change you are able to produce all popular sizes. Product specifications are stored in a recipe in the control system. - Material Cost Savings:
The previous standard film thickness of 220 micron can be reduced to even 100 micron. A cost reduction factor that is self–explanatory. - Time Cost Savings:
As well as the ability to run thinner films, the WIDMANN RB 45 U offers a reduced down time level due to its quick tool change system. Non-Stop film roll changes are available as well as continuous loading of all components. These features are designed to produce high quality products with the ultimate in production speed while still remaining flexibility
