WIDMANN Ultrasonic Blister Packing Machine BM180
BM 180 (Ultrasonic Technology)
Ultrasonic welding and tearseal of blisters for the packing industry
Welding with the innovative ultrasonic technology gives you tremendous advantages compared to conventional procedures.
Ultrasonic technology:
- sealing or welding and stripping in one step, using only one welding tool (no additional added time)
- welding within milliseconds
- smooth processing of PP, PE, PET, PVC or composite films from 30µ up
- „cold“ welding, this means no time for heating and cooling
- documentation of all process parameters
- cost advantage, only one welding tool required
- connection of different materials (paper and various film materials) without glue or solvent
- ultimate quality of the welding seam
- strength durability and aesthetics of the welding seem meets highest requirements, no bubbles or filaments
- impervious to fluids, air-proof, no sharp edges or formation of particles
- no risk of injury
- it is possible to seal through liquids
Widmann BM180 – modular conception for customised solutions
The Widmann Ultrasonic Blister Packing machine BM 180 offers a flexible modular concept. Using the basic equipment, all working processes can be done manually - from the loading and unloading of the blister moulds, the application of the cover film or respectively the cardboard, up to feeding into the ultrasonic welding- and cutting press.
The machine can be fed semi automatically step by step, so efficiency can be increased or you can run the machine in full automatic mode. This means a fully automated production line from filling until removal and stacking of the blisters!
